Wonderful courteous service! Prompt arrival, immediately set to work, and completed the moving tasks as requested. This was on short notice too for heavy furniture. Mr. Moving was ready to comply with professional skills. I highly recommend them. I wish them continued success for the future!

Definitely recommend this company to everyone! This was my second time moving and I was very impressed with the way they pad wrapped all my furniture and handled everything with care. I joked with the owner as he was loading the truck telling him he placed the pieces to fit perfectly like a puzzle. I took pictures while he was loading the truck to show the work. Very satisfied!

Mr. Moving removed all my junk from Apartment less than 2 hours, the owner showed up on time and was very professional, he quoted me a very competitive price so did not have to spend time shopping the competition. Just got moved by Mr Moving's *Dream Team*(aka Lemond and Herman) from Richmond, VA to Philadelphia. I only have good things to say about these gentlemen. They are hardworking, efficient and so so nice and personable. All our stuff is in perfect condition, we couldn't have done a better job ourselves. We were nervous about our interstate move, but they made it easy. I would use them again for future moves 100%!

Mr Moving was very professional with my move. I recently had to move from Louisville, KY to Richmond, VA due to COVID. This was a very stressful time for me to have to move back home but Mr Moving made my transition effortless. Maurio, the owner, was very kind and patient during this stressful time in my life. I have moved 11 times in my career. From coast to coast and back.  I can honestly say that working with Maurio was the best experience my wife and I have had.  We truly enjoyed working with him.  He is very professional.  He cares about the client and their belongings.  He also was flexible with us and helped determine best practices for our move. And to top it off......he is genuinely one heck of a nice guy.   (Although his humor isn't as funny as he thinks!!)

The best way to describe this moving company is "Class Act"! We were faced with the devastating decision to move our mother to Maryland. We have to sell the house and place her belongings in a storage facility in Virginia. Maurio and Rachel answered the call and they were a Godsend! They went above and beyond to pack and move the household contents. The packing was done with loving care organized, professional and kind. We can go on and on. I was very pleased with my experience. The estimate was right on point and the team is great. Very nice guys. You pay by the hour so you might expect some dilly-dallying to run up the clock but NOT AT ALL. They are very professional and diligent. They got me moved faster than I expected and made sure large furniture was in the right place so I wouldn't have to move it later. It was a windy day and my pantry blew over and ended up breaking but this was not their fault. This was my first time ever hiring a moving company and am VERY happy with my decision to work with Mr. Moving. I will use them again in the future.

Mr. Moving is a special company. Maurio and Rachel were patient to answer questions. They treated me as if I were the only thought they were having all day. Before the move Maurio literally told me to relax, that it was his job to take good care of me. And that's exactly what he did. He and Cliff showed up looking sharp and professional. They were energetic, focused, and loading and unloading were equally smooth. And in the middle of their strenuous work, they never missed a chance for a laugh. Without hesitation I give Mr. Moving my highest recommendation. You will not go wrong using them, and you will thank yourself for having them move you.

A week before the scheduled date I told Maurio that I had found his company for my son's move so it better be good or I'd have a problem. Maurio said, "I've got your back." And he did.

2 gentlemen showed up slightly early (perfect). They worked together well and wrapped, protected, and moved everything carefully and efficiently. We needed to borrow a few small tools to remove some hanging hooks and screws from the walls - easily done. And - the cost fit within the estimate. A very pleasant stress-free move.

The moving process is stressful and not fun. For me and my wife we sold a house, bought a house, and had a baby in the same week. Needless to say, we needed every step to work together seamlessly. I called Maurio to get an initial consultation. Immediately I noticed he was more attentive to detail than the other moving companies I brought in for quotes. He thoroughly looked at everything and provided an accurate estimate. His team worked non stop for our in town move and made sure all of our furniture was taken care of. They treated every item like it was a priceless antique. Working with Mr Moving and Maurio’s team was the best decision I made during this process.

Words can't express the professionalism of Mr. Moving! First of all when I called this company I was in panic mode as my daughter who is in college in Northern VA had to evacuate her dorm as her school was shutting down due to COVID. The hiccup came when the school had to maintain social distancing guidelines to safely evacuate everyone which meant that they were staggering times when people could go into the dorms.  The owner, Maurio was willing to start my daughter's move at 2pm! They loaded her and brought her back to Chesterfield. I highly recommend this company because not only were they nice and professional but being able to accommodate my family in this way during this time meant so much! I have recommended Mr. Moving to my neighbors who are moving in the summer!

Look no further than Mr. Moving llc for your move. We had to move our daughter (1 bedroom apartment) from Richmond, VA to NYC in early June 2023. Impossible to deal with or afford large interstate or large local moving companies which generally do not offer 2-day turnaround. We needed a company that was independent, small and nimble. That's where Mr. Moving came in. In addition, we needed extra help with packing fragiles and things we just couldn't figure out ourselves. Having a moving company help with packing is costly but sometimes essential and that extra help was money well-spent. Though my daughter hasn't fully unpacked, the fragile items have been unpacked and nothing is broken.
The best part of the move, however, was working with Maurio & his wife Rachel for the set up, and the dynamic duo of Lamonz and Herman for the actual move. These two gentlemen were not only efficient and careful, but they were fun, hilarious actually, helping to calm the stress inherent in any move.

It's super important to support small, local businesses wherever you live. If you need moving services to/from the general Richmond, VA area, Mr. Moving is the best choice you can make. And I love the company's little history!

Our experience with Mr. Moving began way before we needed them. But when the time came for our actual move, we remembered Maurio and how he presented himself previously, plus his adorable wife is one of the funniest people I know and had the pleasure of working with for many years as RN’s. When Maurio came to give us an estimate, he spent time explaining how he operates his business and how he conducts himself as well as his employees. He was spot on with his explanation! The guys showed up on time and worked like a well-oiled machine. All three fellows knew their jobs and worked them well. The wrapping and lifting and moving went smoothly and I found myself standing still watching them! The unloading was just as smooth with no problems encountered. We were extremely pleased with Mr. Moving and highly recommend them. The price was right on target.

Mr. Moving is a remarkable company. These guys get the job done and do it with a smile. We just recently moved from Virginia to New Jersey. Needed a good long distance mover and we hit the jackpot with Mr. Moving, and owner, Maurio took care of everything. Our movers, Lamonz & Lloyd were complete professionals that love their work. We had a lot of stuff and they made it look easy. Everything we asked of them they went out of their way to do. They were prompt and prepared in both Va., and in NJ. Just wonderful, respectful young men that can gitter-done and do it with a smile. We love these guys, and would recommend this company to anyone, moving anything, anywhere.

I obtained the services of Mr. Moving in May, 2023 and could not have been more pleased! From the initial estimate visit to the delivery of my belongings, 200 miles from RVA, this company met and exceeded my expectations. The owner has in a short amount of time built a great team of guys who arrive on time, are all about business, but very personable toward and considerate of the client. They handled my items with care and were great to work with. Even the owner was there to reassure me that the job would get done in the manner that he promised. I highly recommend scheduling an in-person estimate. Moving during Covid is already scary/stressful enough as it is without having a guessing game on how much it's going to cost ahead of time.
Maurio came by to give an estimate for my upcoming move and it was a great experience! Fast, friendly, professional, and most importantly Covid-safe! Masks, elbow bumps, the whole thing made me feel so comfortable with the process and confident that I can budget appropriately so there are no surprises later on. I Highly recommend MR. MOVING to everyone. I recently moved to Northern VA as I was recently divorced. This was my first time moving, so that alone was stressful. As the furniture we accumulated over 20 years had to be divided up we weren't exactly ready to go on move day. The owner, Maurio and Shamaun were both so patient with me and even helped pack items for me even though this wasn't a part of the estimate. After hiring this moving company, what started off being so stressful was made so easy amd more importantly we had NO damages!  They were both very professional and kept  me laughing the whole time. Mr. Moving LLC packed and moved our household contents to a storage unit and also helped us with downsizing from 2 storage units in Richmond VA to one unit and move the contents to Baltimore MD. When the contents arrived in Baltimore, everything arrived in perfect condition. It was packed so well! The moving crew was great! They were polite and professional. Maurio and his staff were terrific to work with from start to finish. They took care of our moving process from moving out, to storage for a month, to moving into our new home two states away with no problems.
